Welcome to our website.  This is primarily for the use of members to obtain information about the company and its current operations, but will also be useful to outside agencies who have business with the company, utility companies and solicitors when houses are bought and sold on the development.

The members are the homeowners of the original Bovis built Valley Park development in Stour Close, Dovercourt, CO12 4TL. The development has a landscaped public open space to the north of the site which is the responsibility of the homeowners, and the purpose of the company is to arrange for the maintenance of this area, including the associated surface water attenuation tank. To keep the land presentable, ensure any major works to the underground attenuation tank are affordable and any potential liabilities are covered, it is necessary to charge a management fee to homeowners of the Valley Park development. ( see Payments & Fees page)

The attenuation tank is an underground chamber sited by the gate at the bottom of the field. This collects surface water from the surrounding area and releases it a controlled manner into the nearby ditched water course. In the event of a deluge this holds back the surface water and helps to prevent flooding of the downstream water courses and erosion of the ditch.
