In order for members to better budget for the costs, we operate a ‘fixed fee’ yearly account charge. This is the estimated maximum yearly maintenance cost, plus a contingency, divided by the number of properties, and this is currently set at £120.00 per annum. Should all the monies collected not be used, we periodically review the account and issue a refund to members when possible.
Annual fees are charged for the year commencing 1st September to 31st August.
Invoices are sent out at the beginning of September and payment is due by the 15th October.
The fees for year 2020-2021 will remain unchanged at £120.00pa.
Homeowners are required to cover the current year in full. Housing Association properties are also required to cover the full fee.
Should the property be let, the property owner remains responsible for payment of the fees. Please advise us if this is the case and provide a billing address for invoicing and contact.
Should the property be sold, the full amount of the fee must be paid by the seller before the sale takes place. We do not issue refunds – any adjustment ( ie refund to the seller from the buyer for the unused portion of the years fee) will need to take place within the conveyancing process.

All Homeowners are legally obliged to pay the requested maintenance fees. Anyone who falls behind on payments will incur additional penalty expenses for reminders and will, if necessary, be subject to court action.
Formal Reminder Fee – £50

Court Action Fee – £100 plus associated costs
Transfer of Property Fee – £25
