Just a reminder to any members who are in the throes of selling their house or whose house is on the market.

All fees become due on the 1st September for each year, and all accounts must be settled before completion.

If you require to be reimbursed for the part of the year that you are not the occupier, then this needs to be done by the buyer as part of the conveyancing process. We advise all solicitors of this, but we suggest that you remind your own solicitor that you require them to arrange this.
